Popular Gray Paint Colors Arrive for Kitchen and Bath
With Dura Supreme's recent launch of gray paints, it has been interesting to see these finishes suddenly flowing across our manufacturing floor, destined for homes around the country. We've already seen enthusiastic acceptance of these new colors as homeowners started immediately selecting our various shades of gray paints for their homes and their new Dura Supreme kitchens!
There are so many beautiful and inspiring examples of gray paints being used in kitchens (and baths) today. I took a quick look online, searching "Gray Kitchens" and these are just a few examples of popular and beautiful looks that are using colors just like the paints we introduced. Take a look below and let us know, what is your favorite shade of gray?
A pale gray paint can double as a classic white without the starkness. In the image below, our Pearl paint would work well for this "almost white" painted kitchen.
Our "Moonstone" paint offers a warmer version of gray and the examples below show a similar color.
Dura Supreme's "Silver Mist" is a pale gray with a cooler tone. Your selection of gray paint will depend on a variety of factors, including the countertops, backsplash and flooring you choose, along with your preference for a warmer gray or cooler gray. Below are examples of a kitchen and bath with a color similar to our Silver Mist paint.
A slightly darker shade of gray is Dura Supreme's "Zinc". Below is an example of a bathroom vanity with a gray paint similar to our Zinc.
Storm Gray is the darkest of our new colors (although our current Graphite paint is a charcoal gray that is almost black). For those that like the popular contrast between light and dark finishes, Storm Gray pairs beautifully with lighter paint finishes and stained finishes.
