Position Overview:

Dura Supreme Cabinetry currently has a position open in our Customer Experience Department. This position ensures prompt and courteous customer service by providing accurate information to our dealers, as well as, screens, analyzes, and enters orders received from Dura Supreme dealers. Team members may process invoices, credits, priority orders, special color requests, and prepare various shop floor sketches and proofs sketches back from the Drafting Department. This position consults with Custom Quoting, Purchasing, and the Customer Experience Manager about special cabinet availability, prices, solutions for unique situations, and design alternatives. The Customer Experience Team Member is responsible for providing the best customer service in the cabinet industry by providing prompt and effective responses to inquiries and concerns for dealers, sales representatives, and internal customers; they are also responsible for screening, examining, clarifying, and accurately entering orders for Dura Supreme products. This position compares and analyzes customer layouts to the actual order; calls dealers for clarification of specific details, missing information, or to discuss further options.

Required Education, Training, or Experience
  • High School education or up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Shift Details and Location:

Shift hours rotate within teams to cover dealer time zone requirements providing Monday through Friday coverage.

  • Hourly wage is based on position and experience.
