A Color Palette Inspired by Nature
With true brown stains trending in cabinetry finishes, Dura Supreme recently introduced several new stains with decidedly brown undertones that pair beautifully with so many colors. One of the lighter stains introduced into the palette is Toast, light enough to enhance the wood grain, yet rich and warm without being overly dramatic.
The goal for this project was to create a neutral color palette that included more than just the expected, white, gray, or beige. We took our inspiration from nature and paired Toast with Sherwin Williams Green Earth (SW7748) paint. This brown and green palette is familiar and pleasing to the eye because it is present so often in the outdoors.
The Sonoma door style in Quartersawn Oak features the horizontal center panel in both the door and drawer front and the wide rails and stiles give the door a modern, fresh feel. Featured in the Toast finish the unique details of the door are allowed to shine. The Napa Panel door style with a slab drawer front in the Sherwin Williams Green Earth painted finish provides the perfect complement to this beautiful combination.
With Dura Supreme’s Personal Paint Match Program and wide range of standard finishes, it is easy to create your own nature-inspired color palette.
