Floating Vanity for a Contemporary Bath

Bathrooms and powder rooms are a popular focus for remodeling because the results can be so dramatic, creating a beautiful environment with outstanding storage and organization. In addition, bathrooms can be a less expensive room to remodel - and less disruptive to your everyday life!

For this bath, creating a sleek, contemporary look with "floating" vanities was key in creating an organized and convenient room.  With cabinetry suspended off the floor, the bathroom floor is easy to keep clean.  Additional lighting below the cabinetry can provide a soft "night-light" effect.

This bath was designed with a "no-frills" look, with the choice of the Poppy Seed finish and Silverton door style creating a more masculine appeal.  Copper tiles surrounding the mirror blend beautifully with the cabinetry.

Floating linen cabinetry on both sides creates plenty of storage space for towels and linens.  The vanity can be designed with a variety of styles for single sinks or double sinks, and with different drawer configurations to best suit your needs.  Even the drawer below the sink is designed to provide storage while it accomodates plumbing.
